Following a limited design competition won by AC Architects Cambridge Ltd., Gonville and Caius College appointed AC Architects to design the alterations and extension of their Victorian boathouse, incorporating a signature clock tower. The designs were developed in conjunction with a full design team and in consultation with the Chief Conservation Officer in order to achieve a fully costed scheme for consideration by the College.
