Extension to a Listed Property
This contemporary ground floor extension to a Grade 2 listed, former Chapel provided the client with a ground floor bedroom and shower room; a rear entrance lobby and utility area. The project also included a secure bike and tool store in a converted outbuilding.

Seen from a distance, the new construction blends with the original through careful choice of roof pitch, spans and materials. On the private side, the new rooms have a more contemporary feel, with an easy and direct relationship to the garden.
